You can export the contents of a translation memory to a TMX file, which you can then import to another TM, or an Excel file which you can edit manually using any spreadsheet software.
By default, you can export the translation memory to a TMX file by selecting the TM in the list, pressing the Export button and choosing a location on your computer where the file will be saved.
Alternatively, you can export the translation memory without tags or in a specific compatibility mode. To do this, select a TM in the list, click the down-pointing arrow on the right side of the Export button and choose Select export mode.
A window will open where you will be able to select your preferred export options. After you press Export, choose the location on your computer where the file will be saved.
Note: Some languages might not be compatible with Trados 2007 and that option will not be available then.
