You can add several jobs at once by importing them to Smartcat as an Excel spreadsheet with each row containing the following fields:
- Supplier’s email.
- Supplier’s full name.
- Job name or description.
- Amount payable for that job.
- Payment currency.
To make things easier, you can download the template, or export jobs and payables from your TMS and edit the exported file accordingly.
You can provide additional information — it will appear in the job description and the invoice.
After you’ve added the jobs and confirmed the total price, you will be able to view the jobs in Payments.
