Importing several jobs to Smartcat for payment

You can add several jobs at once by importing them to Smartcat as an Excel spreadsheet with each row containing the following fields:

  1. Supplier’s email.
  2. Supplier’s full name.
  3. Job name or description.
  4. Amount payable for that job.
  5. Payment currency.

To make things easier, you can download the template, or export jobs and payables from your TMS and edit the exported file accordingly.

You can provide additional information — it will appear in the job description and the invoice.

After you’ve added the jobs and confirmed the total price, you will be able to view the jobs in Payments.
